The 2016 Beauty Gift Guide

Christmas is fast approaching, and Christmas shopping season is definitely upon us. I personally love to get my Christmas shopping out of the way as soon as possible, and so this season I thought I would put together a handy gift guide for the latest beauty must haves that would make amazing gifts and cover a variety of products. I have reviewed most of these products in depth, so will link to the more extensive product posts as this post is more of a general gift guide post. Enjoy!

The Body Shop kill it every Christmas with their releases and gorgeous festive ranges. This year my favourite ranges include the Vanilla Chai range, specifically the Vanilla Chai Scented Candle and the Frosted Cranberry and Spiced Apple ranges. This Christmas, also make it personal and get your very own Body Butter personalised for someone; whether it be someone you love, your mum, or even a gift to yourself! Lush are another brand that kill it with their seasonal and festive releases, and this Christmas their gift sets in particular are really quite special, and the fact they come already beautifully wrapped up is also a winner. I love that both Lush and The Body Shop have a variety of products and gift sets for people on all sorts of budgets and occasions.

Do you have a luxury skincare junkie in mind? The Skin Chemist Adanced Caviar range (review of the range here) is a gorgeous, totally deluxe skincare range that just oozes total extravagance and would make a gorgeous gift for any skin care loving person in your life. The products are really lovely, and the novelty of caviar in a product, makes for a fab present. And for a whopping 70% off of the range use the code CAVBLOG1 (expires December 30th)

Superdrug always have lovely beauty gifts in the run up to Christmas and as well as being lovely they’re nearly always on some sort of bargain offer. My top picks from Superdrug include some perfect stocking fillers, such as the Flutter Lip & Cheek Tint (£4), Leafy & Lovely Summer Meadow Mini Hand & Lip Set (£5), Sweet Snuggles Foot Lotion Set (£3), Studio London Manicure Set (£16) and the adorable Zoella Gingerbread Bath Fizz Gift set (£9) which is so lovely.

We all know a hair lover, and this Paul Mitchell Make It Colorful Set (£20) from Salon Success is perfect for that pal that has coloured hair and doesn’t like to splash out on nice haircare for themselves. The packaging is also lovely, and the bottles are ginormous. This Christmas Paul Mitchell have a wide variety of hair gift sets, for every hair need. Another gift set that I can imagine the majority of girls loving this Christmas, is the Korres Absolute Japanese Rose Collection (£22). The set comes with a shower gel, body milk and body cream, 3 gorgeous essentials.

Green People is a brand that i’ve had the pleasure of working with in the past and this Christmas they’ve releases some fab gift sets and products. In particular the Energise Body Set in Orange & Mint (£17.95) is gorgeous and although it says it is for me, the scent is definitely unisex. The Indulge Night Treat (£8.50) in Raspberry & Apple is also a lovely gift and the packaging makes it perfect to hang on the tree too!

I hope this beauty gift guide helps someone out there looking for inspiration this Christmas!
