The Natural Spa Factory are a lovely brand that i’ve had the pleasure of working with this year, and because they’re a fab team, they sent me a beautiful gift box filled with a few of their best-selling products, as a sort of special bloggers gift box.
The Rose Gel Cleanser (RRP £22.50 for 50ml) was the product that my eyes settled on after opening my gift box. The product is a gorgeous rose pink shimmering cleanser, that just looks amazing! The gel cleanser is packed with Damascene rose oil, which is blessed with multiple properties. It is a natural astringent, which works to lift and tone skin, and it is also a cicastrisant, which helps to fade scars caused by spots, pocks and acne. The antioxidant activities of rose oil also spur on the healing process of the skin, paired with the antiseptic properties naturally delivered by rose oil, which make this the perfect way to start your skin care regime. The cleanser also contains Tocopherol (vitamin E), which has powerful anti-oxidants to protect and help moisturise the skin whilst being non-irritating and anti-inflammatory. This gel cleanser certainly packs a punch and asides from being a stunning product, also has multiple skincare benefits.
The Day Cream with pomegranate, grapeseed and sweet almond oil (RRP £25 for 50ml), is a gently and moisturising face cream that is infused with sweet almond oil and pomegranate oil, perfect for nourishing the skin. High vitamin C levels also care for the skin’s elasticity in the formulation of collagen and Cera Alba (bees wax) helps hold in moisture and prevent pores clogging. Camelina oil is also in this moisturiser, and is high in vitamin E and fatty acids, which is highly moisturising.
After being obsessed with my La-Roche Posay Serozinc, I was excited to a Facial Tonic with rose water and aloe vera (RRP £20 for 200ml) in the box too. This gentle face tonic is infused with aloe vera and rose water to hydrate and balance the skin’s PH levels. Suitable for all skin types it is is perfect for getting rid of the day’s grime. The Rose water helps to maintain your skin’s pH balance, fight acne, dermatitis and eczema. It hydrates, revitalises and moisturises the skin and helps to heal scars, cuts and wounds. The antioxidant properties of rose water aid to strengthen skin cells and regenerate skin tissue. Aloe Vera is another key ingredient and Aloe vera contains a plethora of antioxidants including beta carotene, vitamin C and E that can help improve the skin’s natural firmness and hydration. It moisturises without leaving a greasy feel, so it’s perfect for anyone with an oily complexion (AKA me).
As you can see the trio of gorgeous products contain SO many incredible ingredients which all have amazing healthcare benefits. In particular I have been loving the facial tonic and the gel cleanser. The Facial Tonic is so refreshing and revitalising and kinda smells like Turkish Delight, which I adore. The tonic also feels super luxurious and is perfect for a night time skincare pamper. The cleanser in particular is literally like a melted shimmery rose turkish delight (int he best kind of way, dw), and I’ve really been enjoying using this every 2-3 days as a bit of a treat.
