I’ve walked past Neals Yard before and marvelled over the delightful products they offer, however never actually tried anything out for myself. Recently Ella Mills of Deliciously Ella launched two of her very own products in collaboration with Neals Yard Remedies and hopefully there’s more to come as I adored the products I tried.
Created and loved by Deliciously Ella, the Rose, Lime and Cucumber Moisturiser (£25) is a light and gentle moisturiser that is perfect for all skin types. With the enlivening scents of rose, lime and cucumber, this light and gentle moisturiser will leave your face feeling soft, supple and ready to glow. The Rose, Lime and Cucumber Facial Wash (£16) is a lovely facial cleanser that gently removes dirt, daily grime and make up, leaving your skin feeling fresh and clean. Rose, lime and cucumber combine to lift your spirits and give your skin a natural radiance.
I absolutely adore, adore, adore the packaging of these products. From the heavy glass bottles, which maybe aren’t so practical to pick up after using the moisturiser – hello slippy hands and glass, no. But the gorgeous deep royal blue glass, combined with the floral label is just so gorgeous and they would transform any sink area. Aesthetics aside, Neals Yard use organic ingredients, don’t test on animals and are environmentally friendly, all things that Ella herself endorses, which I think is why the two work together so well. I found both the face wash and moisturiser to be so lovely, light and refreshing, and i’ve been reaching for them at the weekends when I fancy using some fancy products. They would also make gorgeous gifts this Christmas too!
