Easter and Spring faves from Lush

Everyone loves Lush, and I think in particular they do themed seasons and special occasions the best, and the Spring 2016 products are some of my faves, so I just had to share my current faves from the recent easter collection

My favourite has to be the Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar, it is SO cute. These adorable pink and orange carrot shaped bubble bars are great as the shape means they’re really easy to break up, meaning you get a lot of use out of them, and lots of lovely bubble baths. They also just look amazing too and contain buchu, lemon and grapefruit oils which totally revive the senses. Another really fun novelty bath product is the Flowering Tea reusable bubble bar as it comes shaped like a giant tea bag! This fragrant petal-filled is jasmine scented and turns your bath into a giant tea cup of hot, floral brew with uplifting neroli and rosewood oils, which is super relaxing. This bar is also really great as you just dunk it in your bath as much as you like, and then you can reuse it until it runs out, definitely my cup of tea.

My favourite lush products tend to be their bath bombs, and the Rose Bombshell bath bomb is perfect, with a floral triplet of yellow rose petals, rose absolute and rose oil, this bombshell is a floral spectacle. As it fizzes, the outer shell breaks away and magnificent petals burst out in a sweet haze of Sicilian lemon and floral geranium oils, leaving the prettiest bath to soak in and enjoy the scent.

I have tried the shower jellys before but the new Bouncy Bunny Shower Jelly is a whole other experience, get ready to wobble your way (in the best way) to bright, juicy showers. Containg uplifting Brazilian oil which is brightening and toning, the carrageenan seaweed extract works its gentle magic to soften the skin. Simply scoop straight out of the pot and smooth all over the body like a bar of soap to work up a lather.

Soaps are a classic, and I remember being amazed by the giant wheels of lush soap when I was younger, and they still do wow me. The Somewhere Over The Rainbow soap melts away your troubles with its uplifting neroli scent – simply let its rich and fruity perfume lift you up and pop you back on your feet. The vibrant ingredients inside might not be from Oz, but sunny citrus oils, like Sicilian mandarin and Tunisian neroli tone and brighten the skin to leave you feeling fresh and fragrant. A dash of Turkish rose keeps things sweet and adds a rich floral note to this sunny lather and the glitter on the top completes the perfect soap.

Have you tried anything from the Easter/spring/Mothers Day collections from Lush? What is your all time fave lush product?
