The Body Shop are quickly becoming one of my favourite beauty brands as they cover everything from skincare to beauty, and everything in between. They also know how to throw a party and their latest event in London to celebrate the new Moijito range was gorgeous (post here), so when an e-mail popped into my inbox inviting me to an event in Brighton I was super happy. The event was held at the Seattle Hotel in the marina, and the black and white room was totally transformed for the gorgeous event. The event took us on a journey through The Body Shops background and history, onto their new Voyage Collection and Spa Of The World. As well as learning and exploring the new collections, there were Body Shop Beauty and Skin experts on hand to answer any questions and to help us out, as well as prossecco on tap and possibly some of the tastiest chips I have EVER had.
The New Voyage Collection launches on the 21st of July 2015 and the rebrand of existing scents and the introduction of some new ones, is amazing. The new packaging is exquisite and fun, and the print featured on each fragrance is inspired by local traditions. The star of the show is the new Italian Summer Fig EDT which is decadent, sweet and floral and the monochrome print is inspired by Tuscan fabric, a really special touch. Other scents in the range include Japanese Cherry Blossom, Indian Night Jasmine, Atlas Mountain Rose and Fijian Water Lotus. Each of these fragrances are available as an EDT, as well as a collection of beautiful bath and body products, including fragrance mists, shower gels, body lotions and creams. It really is quite the range, and I want to collect all the EDT bottles as they look so gorgeous lined up all together. I also love the tagline for the Italian Fig fragrance ‘Kiss French, Wear Italian’ which is so fun and cute!
Now onto the new, show stopping Spa Of The World collection which launches on the 11th August 2015. The range is inspired by the most treasured and ancient beauty rituals from the four corners of the globe, offering everything you need in a spa experience; escapism, relaxation, revitalisation and pure bliss. I love that this range really focuses on you and a good pamper, and the creation of you very own ‘spathroom! The range is super luxe and sensual, and I can’t wait to review a few of the products on my blog asap!
Are you as excited for these new launches as I am?
