When I attended the Bourjois summer event a few weeks ago we were given a gorgeous goody bag containing a few up and coming releases and we were kindly given two products that caught my eye at the event. The Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer is a beauty blogger cult favourite, so the latest additions to the range, the Bourjois Bronzing Powder+highlighter and Gold Bronzing Powder are welcome additions.
I was really excited to try the Gold Bronzing Powder as it looked like a really gorgeous multi-use product. The pigmentation is beautiful, and I can imagine this would look stunning used on the body and face as a highlighter. I think this also looks great dusted over the shins, shoulders, collar bones and on the high points of the face. It’s also fab as it can be used as a gold eyeshadow, simply pop it on the eyelids for an effortlessly stunning bronzed look! I can’t wait to pop this in my makeup bag to take on holiday!
The latest variation to join the chocolate bronzer family is the Bronzing Powder and Highlighter duo, a perfect on the go pair. The bronzer is a little orange toned for my fair skin right now, but will look fab once I get a bit more of a tan! The pigmentation of both are lovely and the highlighter is a lovely peachy/pinky pearl toned highlighter and looks great on the eyes as well as on the cheeks! They also smell divine!
Overall I can’t wait to use these both on holiday and when i’m back, to keep my tan looking gorgeous and to add some sparkle. The only downside/or negative thing I could find is that on the overleaf side to the bronzer where the writing is, I would much prefer a handy on the go mirror!
