Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Brown // Review

A few years ago eyebrows were just an occasionally plucked thing that didn’t really serve a purpose. However since entering the world of blogging I have learnt that brows are so, so much more than that. They really frame a face, and can certainly soften your face or do whatever you wish. In the past year or so I’ve discovered brow pencils, gels, powders, inks, settings gels and now a sculpting brow mascara.

I love the Maybelline Master Shape Brow Pencil in Soft Brown, and whilst repurchasing it I noticed the newly released Maybelline Brow Drama Sculpting Brow Mascara, and couldn’t help but be very intrigued. The sculpting brow mascara is essentially a tinted brow mascara, that also sets the colour and shape. I like to brush the inner bits up a bit to make them look a little more natural and messy and the brush is very handy for this. The brush ball on the wand makes application very easy, and the packaging means it is easy to use and travel friendly.

Whilst I think this can be used alone, my brows need more than just a tint, as they are fairly fair and quite patchy. I like to use my brow powder, and then the brow mascara to set them nicely, and once coated over the top, my brows do not budge. At all.

There are only three colours in the range, deep blonde, medium brown and dark brown and whilst I feel like the colour range is okay and substantial and fits my needs, a few more colours would probably make the range perfect for any brow colour.

Retailing for 4.99 I think this little gem is a perfect product for a brow addict for someone like me, but also for someone new to the brow scene.

Have any of you tried this brow product, what is your holy grail brow product?
