When I think of Mavala, I think of gorgeous, cute nail polishes with adorable names, so I was impressed to find out they covered a whole load of different cosmetics. One of these being their Sugar Free Lipglosses. These are a collection of punchy and vibrant lip glosses that lean towards the side of being a liquid lipstick, whilst remaining moisturising, pigmented, glossy and not sticky.
They are formulated with grape seed oil that contains polyphenols (vitamin E enriched molecules) which help to reinforce the natural protection of the lips, fighting free radicals which are responsible for 8-% of skins premature ageing.
I believe there are around 30 shades in the collection and today I am reviewing the shades Litchi and Bubblegum.
Litchi is a warm peachy nude in the tube, and applies very well to the lips and comes across more nude than peach.
Bubblegum is a a vibrant blue toned hot fuchsia pink, with a teeny tiny dash of glitter – barely noticeable. I find this looks lovely over my Revlon Lip Butter in Lollipop!
|L-R: Bubble Gum, Litchi.
I love the packaging as the colour of the gloss is true to the colour shown through the tube, They have a simple doe foot applicator and seal shut well. I love the formula of these lip glosses as they are so moisturising and not sticky, as well as being super, super pigmented!
These retail for £10.25 for a 6ml tube and can be found by searching via the stockist search.
Have any of you tried this incredible lipglosses, or anything other than nail polish from Mavala?
