Benefit Longwear Powder Shadows and Ulra Plush Lipgloss

I attended an amazing Benefit event a few weeks ago to celebrate the launch of the new Benefit Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer*! You can find my post about the event here, and at the event we were very kindly given a primer, ahead of the launch date, to take away with us to try and as well as the primer, we were very kindly given the Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation*. As well as those amazing goodies, throughout the night they asked us questions and the correct answers got very generous prizes. I finally managed to answer a question (trust me, when make-up is offered as a prize, girls are scary competition!), and won a gorgeous Ultra Plush Lipgloss in Kiss you* and Longwear Powder Shadow’s in Nude Swings* and Thanks a Latte*.

The Longwear Powder Shadow’s retail for £15.50 for a 3g eyeshadow, and they come in the most beautiful boxes and cases, they’d make a truly lovely present. I love the print on the boxes and the subtle glitter! I’ve been wearing these alone, over a primer, or on top of the benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow’s and I have been loving them! These shadow’s are really soft and silky and provide a great wash of colour, or when layered up for intensity give a dramatic look without creasing.

Nude Swings is described as a soft rose gold, and is a really unique shade. I find it is a gorgeous colour to add and suits the majority of eye colours. This colour is also a perfect everyday neutral colour.

Thanks a Latte is a perfect golden brown and is the perfect crease/lower lash line colour for me. I’ve really been enjoying popping Nude Swings all over the lid with Thanks a Latte in the outside corner, perfect!

The Ultra Plush Lipgloss in Kiss You is a pretty clear fuchsia shade and whilst it looks pretty terrifying and vibrant in the tube, it evens out to a sheer colour on its own, or layered over a fuschia lipstick of purple-toned lipstick, looks stunning! I love the formula of these glosses and they last a decent amount of time on the lips. These glosses retail for £14.50 for a 15ml tube.

Have any of you tried any of these Benefit goodies, what’s your favourite product that Benefit do?
