My De-Stressifying Routine for Exams and Deadlines

Lately I have been feeling run down, fed up and in dire need of a pamper and treat. This week I have lots of deadlines due and my exams start next week, so a nice relaxing evening has been long overdue. The other night I decided enough was enough and I whacked out some treats. If i was at home, I would have had a nice long soak in the bath, but I am currently in my uni halls, so just a facial pamper session was on the cards.

 To start the relaxing off I lit my ESPA Soothing Candle (post here), took off my makeup with my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and applied a nice Amie Spring Clean Cooling Clay Face Mask I left this on for 10 minutes and then washed it off, leaving my skin feeling nice and refreshed. I then decided to try out my Jamela 24K Gold Under Eye Masks I had received in the Brighton Blogger Meet Goody Bag and thoroughly enjoyed using these, I really felt like I was treating myself to a tip top end of the range treat! After keeping these placed under my eyes for 30 minutes, I peeled these off and i applied a few spritz’s of my Purely Natural Toner (post here), Followed by some of the Bodhi Neroli Luce Revitalising Facial Oil which practically melts into the skin followed by some of the Beyond Organic Skincare Firming Eye Cream to end it.

I then got into bed feeling slightly more calm and relaxed!
