I thought i would do a Christmas Face of The Day and Outfit of The Day to show you all what i wore, me and my sisters love getting glammed up and dressing up on Christmas and this year was no exception!
First up i cleansed my face with my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and then applied my Olay Beauty Fluid Moisturiser. After this i applied the MUA Professional Eyes Primer to my eyelids and then applied the Maybelline 24hour Colour Tattoo in ‘on and on bronze’ to my eye lids, focusing on the outer parts and patting on gently and blending the edges. I used my Naked Palette and used the shade Sin all over my lid with Sidecar on the outer 2/3 of the eye and then Hustle and Smog in the Crease. I then lined my bottom lashes with Hustle. I used my elf brushes to create this. I used my Maybelline Gel Liner (review here) to line my upper lash line, using the brush it came with, and then used my Benefit They’re Real Mascara. After my eyes were complete i moved onto my face and applied my L’oreal Lumi Magique Foundation in C1 Rose Pearl with my Real Techniques Stippling Brush and used my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer under my eyes and on a few blemishes. To set, i used my Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder applied with my elf Powder Brush. After i applied the Sleek Blush in Rose Gold with my Real Techniques Blush Brush and to finish my face i used my Sleek Brow Kit in Light. I forgot to apply my lipstick in the photo below, but was wearing my new MAC shade, Creme Cup.
I wore my new Eyelash Lace Print Topshop Dress that retails for £32 and i got for £28.80, yay student discount. The photo doesn’t really do it justice but it is a gorgeous burgundy with a black lace print and detailing on the top. (also available in black and white). I find this style of dress quite flattering and i can imagine would look fab on anyone!
On Christmas Eve i reached 500+ subscribers and i cannot thank you all enough, to celebrate i am going to host a thank-you/ New Years giveaway. I cannot decided whether to choose a few smallish products or one big one, let me know if you have any ideas for prizes in the comments!
I hope you all had an amazing and magical Christmas, and it’s only 364 days till the next one!
