Mini Maybelline Haul!

So recently i reviewed the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream samples that i had been sent. Sometimes because there are so many great brands out there, you forget about some. In my case i always complete forget about Maybelline. So after trying out the BB Cream and being very impressed i thought i would dabble in some more of Maybelline’s items! Maybelline are currently 3for2 in Boots and Superdrug as well. I thought, yay what a great opportunity to purchase a few items and try out Maybelline again!

First up is the Maybelline Colour Tattoo24hour by Eyestudio in 40-Permanent Taupe. I picked up this colour as the bright blues etc didn’t appeal to me and i thought this would be perfect for a lot of eye-makeup looks that i wear and create. It was between this shade and ‘and on Bronze’. I’m so glad i opted for permanent taupe as i can see me getting a LOT of use out of it, especially in the upcoming Autumn months! The texture is lovely and soft, and the pigmentation is incredible. The colour is lovely too, as you can see below! The wear also seems amazing, i even left this swatch on my hand during my bath and it didn’t budge!! I have yet to put it to the full test yet, and when i do, expect a blog review post about it! The price for this was £4.99 which i was blown away by as it is a really high quality product that i would have happily paid a little more for!

As it was 3for2 i thought i would try one of Maybelline’s Forever Strong Pro nail polishes in shade in 240 Lilac Charm. The colour is a gorgeous Lilac-Grey, a colour i think can look lovely all year round! I’ve heard great things about the polishes and they were very reasonably priced at £4.09! I can’t wait to try this out and i love the long brush, which isn’t too fat or thin, i have high hopes for this, i hope it won’t let me down!

Finally i purchased the Eyestudio Lasting Drama 24Hour Gel Eyeliner in 01 Intense Black. I have purchased this before and LOVED it. However i lent it to my sister and she absolutely messed it up horribly so i had to chuck it out! I finally got around to purchasing a new one and i am so happy i did! For £7.99 i think this is a fair-priced product! The little brush isn’t amazing but it does the job and i like the fact it is included!

Overall i have rekindled my love for Maybelline and i can’t wait to pick up some more items and try them out!

Have any of you tried any of these products? What do you think?
